Through dedicated Housing Managers and the Tenant Portal, residents can easily access help for a wide range of issues, from reporting maintenance problems to navigating housing-related challenges. Support is also available for tenants facing language barriers, with access to translation and communication assistance to ensure all residents can fully understand and engage with their housing responsibilities. This approach is designed to help tenants settle confidently, knowing that guidance and support are readily available throughout their housing journey.
